Definitions
Predator (n) {Plural: predators}~ carnivorous animal or destructive organism: a carnivorous animal that hunts, kills, and eats other animals in order to survive, or any other organism that behaves in a similar manner
Prey (n) {Plural: preys}~ animal hunted by other animals: an animal or animals caught, killed, and eaten by another animal as food

Animals that a rarely seen: Gray Wolves, Cougars, Bobcats and the common porcupine.
[li]Birds of Prey
-Red-tailed Hawk: A large hawk with a wide variety of colors, ranging from chocolate brown to nearly all white. Though they are known for their rusted red tails that can only been seen from the top side of their bodies. Their breast is normally with brown bands and their under wings are white with brown near their shoulders. Preys on mice, birds, insects, snakes and mammals.
-Raven: A large all black bird with a black beck and scruffy feathers on neck and by legs. Preys on fruit, seeds, small mammals and
-Great Horned Owl: Bright yellow eyes with a v-shaped white throat that resembles a necklace. Preys on mammals, birds, snakes and insects.
-Eagle Owl: The largest of the owl family. This bird is mostly dark brown with flecks or lighter brown mixed in and orange eyes. Preys on mammals but can also kill a fox or baby dear if taken by surprise.

-Gray Wolves: A very large canine that is grizzled gray but can range from black to white as well. The males are larger than the females. Preys on anything it can get a hold of but generally goes after mice and rabbits.
-Red Fox: A rusty red canine with white under parts, chin and throat. Pointed ears with the back side black as well as tail, lower legs and feet. Preys on small mammals like mice, weasels and rabbits.
-Stray Dogs: Every stray looks different and the majority of them are scruffy. These dogs prey on what ever they can get their mouths around.

-Mountain Lion: A large cat that is pale brown to tawny. These cats aren’t spotted once they get older but during kit hood they are. Their tails and legs are large. Preys on anything smaller than itself.
-Bobcat: A heavy bodied cat that has either yellowish or a tawny pelt with thick black spots. Preys on small mammals and may follow any larger predators to get some of their meals.

-Badger: A short but thick animal that is grizzled brown or gray. A white strip rungs from nose to tail. This animal has a hard time seeing but a great sense or smell. Preys on berries, roots and sometimes small mammals.
-Common Porcupine: Built with a roundest body, this animal isn’t really a animal eater but it’s spikes can be deadly. Its color can range from black to a yellowish brown. Preys on berries.
-Nothern River Otter: These weasel like creatures love the water. Their pelts are dark brown and generally they have flat heads with broad shoulders. Preys on fish.

Rodents
- Brush Mouse: Brownish or grayish over body and white underneath. Eats seeds, berried and the occasional insect.
-Brush Rabbit: A small reddish brown rabbit that turns a gray color in the summer. Eats seeds, grasses and fallen berries.
-Meadow Vole: Ranges in many different colors starting from a yellowish brown and going all the way to a black tinted gray. Eats seeds, and fallen berries.
-Brown Lemmings: A small rodent with a grayish head and a buff gray underside. Eats seeds, fallen berries, bugs and grasses.
-Starnosed Mole: A black furred rodent with a fury tail and powerful forearms for digging. Eats: worms.
-Yellow Pine Chipmunk: Brightly colored from tawny to a pinkish cinnamon with a variety of stripes during down its back. Eats nuts and berries.
-Eastern Gray Squirrel: Generally this squirrel is gray but can at times be found with a black pelt. This squirrel has buff under fur around head, back and feet.

-White Crown Sparrow: A brown sparrow with a gray breast and a light pink, thin beak. Eats seeds, berries and insects.

-American Goldfinch: A perky yellow bird with a black spot on his head. Eats seeds and insects.
